A film director is a person who directs the actors and crew in the making of a film. They control a film's artistic and dramatic aspects while guiding the technical crew and actors.

A film distributor is a company that releases a movie to the public either theatrically or for home viewing (DVD, Download. television etc). A distributor may do this directly (if the distributor owns the theatres or distribution networks) or through theatrical exhibitors and other sub-distributors.

The Last Exorcism is 2010 American mockumentary horror film. The film is told from the perspective of a dillusioned evangelical minister, who after years of performing exorcisms decides to participate in a documentary chronicling his last exorcism while exposing the fraud of his ministry. After recieving a letter from a farmer asknig for help in driving out the devil, he meets the farmers afflicted daughter.

Devil is a supernatural film in a modern, urban society. The film plot follows a group of people trapped inside of an elevator and people start to die suspiciously and they cant find out who the murderer is. Or this there a more powerful force working amongst them?

Paranormal Activity is a 2007 American found footage horror film. The film centers on a young couple, who are haunted by a supernatural presence in their home; it is presented in the style of "found footage" from a camera set up by the couple in an attempt to photograph what is haunting them.

The Blair Witch Project is an 1999 American horror film; the narrative is presented as a documentary pieced together from ameteur footage, filmed in real time. The film was produced by the Haxen Films production company. This film relates the story of three young student film makers who hike into the Black Hills near Burtkittville, Maryland to film a documentary about a local legend known as Blair Witch, and subsequently go missing. The viewer is told that the three were never found, although their video and sound equipment (along with most of the footage they shot) was discovered a year later. This "recovered footage" is presented as the film the viewer is watching.

For my project i have chosen to do a promotion package for a new film including a teaser trailer a film magazinme front cover featuring the film and a poster.
The genre i was thinking of doing was horror/ thriller. sort of like blair witch where you never actually see what the monster is.
